Tube Conveyor for CCS Drills Introduced

Unverferth CCS Planter and Drill Fills make constantly climbing stairs a thing of the past for growers who use CCS units. With the new tube-style conveyors, seed handling is brought to a new level of gentleness and efficiency.

Variable-speed conveyor models feature a 6” tube with 8” belt to gently carry the seed at rates up to 10 bushels per minute. The top-mounted motor keeps the belt taut for dependable seed delivery. Durable 8-inch belts with serrated, 2-inch vulcanized paddles are spaced 9 inches apart for carrying large seed volumes at steep angles.

Models are available for the CCS style 1790, 1770, NT and DB series planters and drills. The canvas hopper allows for easier storage, while the locking flip-over lid keeps the seed intake clean and dry.

Conveniently placed dual on/off controls and standard telescoping downspout allow for easy, one-person filling of the seedbox from the ground or platform. The tube conveyor features a gas-spring, lift assist for effortless raising and lowering. The conveyor stows away conveniently between the hoppers, allowing for easy platform access both in transport and during use.
