All orders are subject to inventory available at the time the order is placed. Unverferth Mfg. reserves the right to limit quantities.
All orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Services Priority mail. Please allow 1 business day for order processing and 3-5 business days for delivery in the U.S. and 7-10 business days for Canada. If you have any questions concerning your order, please use the contact us form and include your order number as reference. Shipping is only to the United States and Canada. Due to the wide variety of taxes, tariffs and rates, International shipping is unavailable.
Modifying or cancelling an order
Can be accomplished before receiving shipment confirmation. Please use the contact us form and include your order as reference along with your phone number to be contacted.
Returns and exchanges
If within 10 days of receipt of the product(s) you are not satisfied with the merchandise, please use the contact us form to request a return authorization. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. In the event of defective goods or mis-shipment of an order, Unverferth Mfg. Co., Inc. will pay for shipping. Upon return of the merchandise, the customer’s credit card will be credited within 30 days.
All orders shipped to Ohio will have sales tax included. Sales tax for residents of other states and provinces is the responsibility of the purchaser.
